General Guidelines

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Fashion products can be tried on for fit and will still be considered unworn.
• The return period for defective or exchanged items is 15 Working Days from the date of receiving the parcel.
• Please include a copy of the invoice and clearly mention the reason for return.
• Customers must return merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive the returned product.
• Clearly label the package as "Return Item" to avoid processing delays.
